• Must have CA Food handlers Card training upon hire.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare menu items for hotel restaurant and catering, following safety guidelines.
• Set stations 15 minutes before service.
• Assist with quality, cleanliness and organization of kitchen and restaurant.
• Maintain clean work area and practice clean-as-you-go.
• Monitor menu item costs and accommodate special requests.
• Observe safety hazards and report to supervisor.
