As a line cook, you will work at a high-volume station, ensuring recipes meet quality standards while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar kitchen role.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe a plus).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
• Operate and manage assigned station during high-volume service
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely food production
• Monitor food inventory, freshness, and proper storage procedures
• Follow all food safety and health code regulations
• Assist with prep work, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
