The role requires at least 2 years in a culinary position, strong time management, teamwork, and the ability to stand for long shifts. A fast-paced environment and professionalism are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a culinary position.
• Ability to multitask with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Stand for eight hours or more.
• Lift at least 40 pounds regularly.
• Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure kitchen, prep areas, and storage meet cleaning standards.
• Memorize serving portions and basic prep procedures.
• Monitor product freshness and rotate stock per schedule.
• Work with cooks to prep for other shifts as needed.
• Prepare basic components of each dish using proven recipes.
• Demonstrate organization, multitasking, and communication.
• Follow chef de cuisine directions for service.
