Amazing Blades Landscaping is seeking a Branch Manager in Myrtle Beach, SC. This full-time role oversees daily branch operations, schedules crews, coordinates projects, and ensures on-time, high-quality service.

You will lead team members, manage client relationships, and handle estimates and follow-up communications with customers. Responsibilities include monitoring budgets, tracking performance metrics, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in operations or branch management, preferably in landscaping, construction, or related service industries.
• Skills in team leadership, staff scheduling, and performance management.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, handle estimates, and manage customer inquiries and concerns.
• Basic proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and use of office software for scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
• Understanding of landscaping services, outdoor maintenance practices, and safety standards for field crews.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in business, management, or landscaping are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in varying weather conditions and to travel locally between client locations as needed.
