Qualifications

• 3+ years of crew leadership or supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a commercial landscaping crew.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure on-time completion.
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, and planting.
• Inspect properties to meet company and client standards.
• Train and mentor crew in landscaping techniques and safety.
