Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Endurance to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible to work in evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans.
• Operate dishwashing and other kitchen cleaning equipment.
• Store clean dishes and utensils in assigned areas.
• Maintain clean and orderly kitchen work areas and utensils.
• Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
• Sweep and wash floors and dispose of trash.
• Assist in food preparation during peak periods or shortages.
• Help monitor guest satisfaction and support service standards.
• Follow Green Key sustainability guidelines and safety practices.
