Sundrop at LUCE Hotel, operated by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a courteous Server to deliver refined hospitality in a beachfront dining setting. You will guide guests through menu selections, maintain a polished dining room, and collaborate with a team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior fine dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and elevated cuisine is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service in an upscale dining environment.
• Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary considerations.
• Confidently guide guests through food and beverage selections, including wine, cocktails, and pairings.
• Execute service steps with precision, timing, and attention to detail.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond gracefully to requests or concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining room.
• Collaborate closely with hosts, bartenders, culinary staff, and management to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold Sundrop and LUCE Hotel standards for professionalism, appearance, and hospitality.
