LaCo, a Latin-inspired restaurant with a coastal twist on 30A in Seacrest Beach, is seeking friendly servers to deliver an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

As a server, you will take orders, present menus, answer questions about items and wines, process payments, and coordinate with teammates to ensure smooth service from greeting to farewell. Prior restaurant experience and familiarity with Aloha POS are a plus.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old and capable of standing for long periods.
• Excellent guest service and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to learn menus and daily specials quickly.
• Experience with POS systems and handling cash transactions.

Mansioni

• Promote and act in the mission of LaCo.
• Monitor guests’ dining experience and address issues promptly.
• Take and enter guest orders into the POS system.
• Present menus, answer questions, and recommend items.
• Check guest IDs to ensure alcohol service eligibility.
• Process payments and provide table-side service as needed.
• Maintain clean tables and dining areas; reset for next guests.
• Coordinate with team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
