Sundrop at LUCE Hotel in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a skilled server to deliver attentive, knowledgeable service in a refined coastal setting. This role emphasizes warmth, professionalism, and guest-centric care from arrival to departure.

You will master the menu details, guide guests through wine and cocktails, maintain a polished dining room, and collaborate with hosts, bartenders, culinary staff, and management to ensure a seamless service experience for every guest.

The ideal candidate balances professionalism with warmth, ensuring every guest feels genuinely cared for from arrival to farewell.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service in an upscale dining environment

• Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary considerations

• Confidently guide guests through food and beverage selections, including wine, cocktails, and pairings

• Execute service steps with precision, timing, and attention to detail

• Anticipate guest needs and respond gracefully to requests or concerns

• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining room

• Collaborate closely with hosts, bartenders, culinary staff, and management to ensure seamless service

• Uphold Sundrop and LUCE Hotel standards for professionalism, appearance, and hospitality

• Perform other related job duties
