Job summary

Community Heart & Soul is seeking a Training Manager to lead the Coach Training Program, mentor coaches, and coordinate virtual and in-person learning across a growing national network. Based in Shelburne, VT, the role supports a remote work option and requires strong facilitation, collaboration, and program-management skills.

You will work with a Senior Director of Training and a team to revise curricula, run trainings, and provide ongoing support to Heart & Soul Coaches as communities

Qualifications

• Experience in community development, planning and education.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor coaches.
• Experience with virtual facilitation and collaborative learning.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and communities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all aspects of the Community Heart & Soul Coach Training Program in-person and virtually.
• Guide and support Heart & Soul Coaches through meetings and coaching.
• Use assessment tools to provide feedback during field experiences.
• Co-facilitate training with Coaches in communities.
• Market and promote the program to prospective towns and partners.
• Maintain relationships with Partners, Coaches, and communities.
• Support program operations: newsletters, forums, and data tracking.
• Travel 4–6 days per month as required.
