The coach designs daily practice plans for varying skill levels, coordinates meet lineups, and manages the team during competitions. Additionally, this role ensures strict pool safety enforcement, monitors student eligibility, maintains regular communication with parents and administrators, and models discipline and inclusivity to support character development.
