Job summary

Tooele County School District is seeking a seasonal athletic coach to instruct students in fundamental skills, foster personal development, and promote teamwork during competitions and practices.

You will design sport-specific drills, guide game plans, and help students balance academics and athletics while representing the school positively.

Applicants should be energetic, responsible, and able to supervise on trips, camps, and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Familiar with the rules and regulations of the sport/activity.
• Experience as an athlete and/or coach.
• Ability to motivate, teach, and lead.
• Energetic, responsible, dependable, self motivated and punctual.
• Excellent public relations skills; work effectively with staff, parents and administration.
• Experience working with teens and willingness to supervise on trips, camps and competitions.

Responsibilities

Seasonal Employment; stipend paid at the end of each season (December, March, June)
