Southwest Human Development in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an Inclusion Coach to provide individualized coaching, consultation, and training to child care centers to support high-quality, inclusive practices. You will conduct assessments, help centers develop improvement plans, and connect them with community resources.

Required are three years of experience in early childcare education, knowledge of NAEYC Code of Ethics, developmentally appropriate practices, and a valid AZ driver's license.

• Knowledge of effective inclusion practices for center-based environments.
• Possess an insured & registered vehicle and a valid AZ driver's license.

Job title: Inclusion Coach

The Inclusion Coach will provide individualized coaching, consultation, and training to child care centers to support high-quality, inclusive practices. This role conducts assessments, facilitates the development and implementation of customized center improvement plans, connects centers with relevant community resources, and delivers targeted training and support based on identified needs.

What You'll Bring:

• Three (3) years related experience in early childcare education
• Knowledge of NAEYC Code of Ethics
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices in early care and education
• Knowledge of effective inclusion practices for center-based environments
• Knowledge of child development during birth through age 5
• Possess an insured & registered vehicle and a valid AZ driver's license.
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card - OR - must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• DES Criminal Affidavit Required
• AZ DHS Criminal History Affidavit Required
• FPC DPS Verification Required

Experience
