Regmovies seeks an Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Lead to own the design and configuration of GL, AP, AR, Projects, and Fixed Assets. The role combines hands-on setup with architecture oversight, guiding analysts and SI resources to ensure accurate subledger-to-GL flows and compliant reporting.

The candidate will drive data conversion, manage release adoption, and coordinate across Finance Transformation, Technology, and external partners for a stable financial platform.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations with design-authority or solution-architect responsibility for Financials (GL, AP, AR), with working knowledge of Projects and Fixed Assets.
• Senior Consultant or Manager-level experience leading configuration design and administration for the assigned modules.
• Strong understanding of subledger accounting, chart-of-accounts and ledger design, period close, and subledger-to-GL reconciliation.
• Hands-on administration experience: security and role design, configuration and change management, and quarterly Oracle release adoption and regression testing.
• Experience with data conversion using FBDI and ADFDI and report build with OTBI and/or BI Publisher.

Aufgaben

• Own design authority for Oracle Fusion GL, AP, AR, Projects, and Fixed Assets: lead functional and configuration design within program standards.
• Translate accounting, control, operational, and reporting requirements into scalable module design.
• Review and approve SI design deliverables for business fit and maintainability.
• Maintain design docs, configuration workbooks, and decision logs for assigned modules.
• Administer configuration, workflow approvals, and data-access controls with segregation of duties.
• Lead quarterly Oracle release adoption and regression testing.
