Job summary

The AMS Group, as part of Dover Food Retail, seeks a Project Manager specializing in CO2 refrigeration startup and commissioning. You will lead technical aspects from planning through execution, coordinating with customers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities include developing PEPs, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards across on-site and off-site activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 10+ years of experience in refrigeration industry.
• Experience in startup and commissioning of CO2 refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Create or follow a detailed project execution plan (PEP) and sequence activities.
• Meet with customers, contractors, and teams to coordinate onsite projects to completion.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with AMS specs and standards.
• Develop and manage a cost budget to meet projected margins.
• Travel to job sites; 90-100% travel.
• Review project schedules and ensure quality standards are met.
