Linde plc is seeking a maintenance technician to operate a cryogenic air separation plant in Utah, ensuring safe, efficient performance and strict adherence to safety standards.

You will monitor process performance, perform preventive maintenance, document tasks, and support scheduling while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive reliability and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a cryogenic air separation plant to ensure reliable, efficient, and consistent performance.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment to sustain operational readiness.
• Monitor process performance, adjust operating parameters, and collect data for safety and efficiency.
• Document preventive and predictive maintenance tasks using the CMMS and comply with management of change requirements.
• Engage cross-functional groups to resolve equipment issues, oversee contractors, and implement improvements to maintenance strategy.
• Fill liquid bulk trailers, resolve fill zone issues, support maintenance scheduling and housekeeping in the work area.

• Youwill safely operate a cryogenic air separation plant to ensure reliable,efficient, and consistent performance


• Perform and facilitate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairson plant equipment to sustain operational readiness


• In this role you will monitor process performance, adjust operatingparameters, and collect and interpret condition‑monitoring data to maintainsafety, reliability, quality, and efficiency


• Additionally, perform and document preventive and predictive maintenancetasks using the computerized maintenance management system while maintainingcompliance with management of change requirements


• Take responsibility for engaging cross‑functional groups to resolveequipment and process issues, overseeing contractors, executing lockout andtagout procedures, and recommending improvements to maintenance strategy andwork processes


• Furthermore, fill liquid bulk trailers, resolve fill zone issues, supportmaintenance scheduling and material procurement, and maintain housekeepingand organization in your work area

What makes you great

• Youwill bring experience operating production processes or systems in anindustrial environment with strong proficiency in mechanical equipment,electrical systems, and industrial instrumentation


• You shall be familiar with control and human‑machine interface softwaresuch as Wonderware, Rockwell, and Siemens


• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with anAssociate Degree from a technical school preferred, and possess the abilityto read and revise piping and instrumentation diagrams and schematic wiringdiagrams


• Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to convey technicalinformation clearly while safely operating forklifts, cranes, aerial workplatforms, and working at height


• Additionally, maintain strong computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint,and Outlook and apply analytical skills to support troubleshooting andquality‑related activities


• You are recognized for upholding high safety standards, following allprocedures, and supporting continuous improvement in plant reliability andperformance


• Able to meet the physical requirements of the role, includingconfined space entry, climbing, lifting up to fifty pounds, and working atheights


• Available to work extended hours when business needs arise


• Furthermore, you demonstrate the flexibility to support weekend, holiday,and call‑in coverage


• Ensure a reliable and safety‑focused presence during criticaloperational periods
