Job summary

Linde plc seeks a skilled operator for a cryogenic air separation plant in the United States. You will safely run the plant, perform maintenance, monitor performance, and adjust parameters to ensure reliability and quality.

You will also oversee contractors and enforce safety policies with incident reporting. You should be adept with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, read engineering drawings, and use controls such as Wonderware, Rockwell, and Siemens.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production processes in an industrial environment with safety focus.
• Proficient with mechanical, electrical systems and instrumentation.
• Able to read and revise P&ID and wiring diagrams.
• Able to communicate technical information clearly for safe teamwork.
• Operate forklifts, cranes and aerial work platforms safely per procedures.
• Strong computer skills for documentation and reporting.

• You shall perform and facilitate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairsthat uphold plant safety and equipment integrity
• In this role you will monitor process performance and adjust operationalparameters to maintain reliability, quality, and efficiency
• You are expected to adhere to company, customer, and regulatory safety workpolicies while reporting all incidents promptly
• In addition you should collect and interpret trends in equipment andprocess condition data to strengthen proactive maintenance decisions
• Additionally oversee contractors performing routine and non‑routine work toensure safety compliance and quality execution
• Furthermore execute lock‑out tag‑out procedures and recommend improvementsthat enhance process availability and overall reliability
