Human Resources for Small Business LLC is seeking an enthusiastic, sales-minded individual to be the face of our co-work space. You will engage visitors, present plans, and close memberships both in person and online.

The role includes managing social media as a sales tool, coordinating content, and supporting events and community activities. Weekend/evening availability is a plus, with a focus on customer service and growth.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years in sales, customer service, or hospitality.
• Experience managing social media for a business.
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or Meta Business Suite.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.

Aufgaben

• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, social media, and walk-in visits.
• Give tours of the building and present membership plans.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close memberships.
• Manage social media as a sales tool: create and publish photos, videos, and content that showcase our spaces, plans, events, and community to attract new members.
• Plan the content calendar, promote offers and events, and turn messages and comments into tours and sales.
• Measure social media results and recommend improvements.
• Welcome new members and manage renewals and plan changes.
• Support events, workshops, and networking activities.
• Track prospects in the CRM and prepare sales and occupancy reports.
