Job summary

Ollie's Forest Park store is seeking a qualified Store Team Leader to guide the sales floor and receiving area. You will lead a merchandising-driven team focused on delivering a positive associate and customer experience.

Responsibilities include payroll/expense oversight, payroll budgets, and ensuring financial and operational goals are met while maintaining company standards in every interaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports.
• Demonstrates Ollie's customer service behaviors and company standards in interactions.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and programs meet expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Perform all functions to open and close the store when needed and any additional duties as assigned.
