Ollie’s is seeking a Co Team Leader to drive the successful operation of the sales floor and receiving area, leading a team that delivers an outstanding associate and customer experience.

The role covers merchandising, Associate development, customer service, and financial oversight, including payroll budgets and related reporting. A strong candidate will have retail management experience and a valid driver’s license, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years retail management experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s Yes I Care, Yes I Can behaviors in delivering exceptional associate and customer service.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and programs meet expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
• Open and close the store when needed and perform any additional duties as assigned.
