Culture Kings is seeking a Co-Store Manager in Las Vegas to jointly lead our premium fashion retail store. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive daily operations, sales performance, and a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, deep product and customer service knowledge, and the ability to coach the team while maintaining brand standards and a safe, efficient store operation across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in fashion retail management or similar senior role.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales and KPI targets.
• Strong customer service excellence and problem-solving.
• Operational expertise in stock control and visual merchandising.
• Influence, coach and develop a team in a shared leadership model.
• Adaptable to changing retail environment and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead store operations with the Store Manager.
• Drive sales and achieve KPI targets for the store.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with Culture Kings standards.
• Oversee stock control, receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Manage rosters and workforce planning to optimize payroll.
• Uphold brand standards and safety compliance across all shifts.
