Qualifications

• 2-4 years retail sales and management experience required.
• Basic Math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication.
• Pass the background screening process.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, develop and manage a store team.
• Drive total store results with focus on customer service.
• Plan staffing levels and schedule to meet customer demand.
• Analyze store results and implement ongoing improvement plans.
• Maintain store standards and protect company assets.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Shipping, Inventory Control and other departments.
