Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Passion for fashion and outgoing personality with excellent customer service.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility and urgency in adapting to changing business needs with proactive ideas.
• Promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning.
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration.
• Social media skills, mobile device skills, and MS Office/OpenOffice proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and lead the team.
