The role requires 4+ years in fashion retail management, strong selling skills, and expertise in stock control and visual merchandising. You will collaborate closely with leadership to maintain brand standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in fashion retail management (Store Manager / Co-Store Manager / senior Assistant Store Manager).
• Exceptional selling skills with strong customer service understanding.
• Ability to meet and drive sales and KPI targets.
• Operationally excellent with stock control and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Co-own store sales targets and commercial results with the Store Manager.
• Co-lead the store team, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Deliver a premium customer experience and handle escalated matters professionally.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, stock control, and visual merchandising.
• Prepare rosters aligned to budgeted hours and trade patterns; manage labor productivity.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure aligned communication and leadership across shifts.
