Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in the United States is seeking a Co Team Leader to oversee the sales floor and receiving area, build a motivated team, and drive a strong customer experience.

Lead merchandising, staff development, and financial oversight, with responsibilities including payroll budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring store standards. This role requires 2+ years retail management and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets and related reports.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s Yes I Care, Yes I Can behaviors in service experiences.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes and programs.
• Develop talent planning to ensure associate growth and proper scheduling.
• Open/close the store and handle additional duties as assigned.
