Job summary

Qualifications

• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets and store expenses.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s customer service values in interactions with associates and customers.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and programs meet expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
• Open and close the store as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
