Job summary

Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a 1st Shift Co-Response Crisis Clinician (Master’s level, licensed or licensed eligible) to join our Mobile Crisis Team embedded within local Police Departments in Massachusetts. The clinician will conduct crisis evaluations, provide triage, and coordinate care across CHD AMCI/YMCI programs and related clinics.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or related field.
• LICSW/LMHC/LCSW license required.
• Experience with individual, family and group therapy and crisis intervention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis triage, evaluations, disposition recommendations, and follow-up interventions.
• Assess needs and determine least restrictive level of care; arrange treatment transitions.
• Engage with police departments and community resources to support crisis response.
• Maintain timely documentation and collaborate with CHD teams.
