Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is seeking a Co-Packing Operations Supervisor for 2nd shift in Chico, CA. You will lead the co-pack operations team, overseeing batch blending, packaging, and digital can printing lines.

The role emphasizes cross-functional training, safety, and quality, with a strong focus on meeting KPI goals. Responsibilities include coordinating with Quality, Packaging, Brewing, and Maintenance while upholding GMPs, SOPs, and SQF standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; 3 years progressive experience in manufacturing/beverage production; supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of GMP, food safety standards, and manufacturing best practices.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects with KPI focus.
• Excellent project management, planning, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Co-Packing department and staff to meet company goals and KPI improvements.
• Oversee packaging, batch blending, and digital can printing lines with focus on safety and quality.
• Collaborate with Quality, Brewing, Packaging, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to meet production demands.
• Ensure GMP compliance, 5S practices, and SOP adherence across the department.
• Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving to resolve root causes of issues.
