Job summary

Delta Air Lines OCC is hiring undergraduate co-op students for three alternating terms to support Business Strategy, Emergency Response/Business Continuity, and OCC Safety & Compliance teams. You will help with employee engagement, learning programs, and 24/7 operations readiness.

Responsibilities include project management support, process documentation, learning product evaluations, and cross‑functional collaboration on strategic initiatives to strengthen operational decisions across Delta's

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college pursuing a bachelor's degree in Project Management, Aviation Management, Aviation Science, Business, or related field.
• Available for three alternating semesters.
• Willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA for each work term.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Adobe products.
• Comfortable working independently and in team settings.
• Demonstrates a commitment to safety, integrity, respect, and continuous improvement.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support project management activities related to employee engagement, learning initiatives, emergency response planning, safety, and compliance programs.
• Document and analyze operational processes and the technology used to support decision-making.
• Assist with evaluating learning and training products to identify opportunities for enhancement, maintenance, or retirement.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives and strategic projects.
