Job summary

Delta Air Lines is seeking undergraduate co-op students for three alternating work terms to support Business Strategy, Emergency Response/Business Continuity, and OCC Safety & Compliance teams. You'll contribute to employee engagement, communications, learning programs, emergency planning, and safety initiatives in a 24/7 operations setting.

Responsibilities include supporting project management, documenting processes, evaluating training products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a bachelor's degree in one of the listed fields.
• Willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA for each work term.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to collaborate across teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe products is a plus.
• Demonstrates safety, integrity, respect and continuous improvement values.

Responsibilities

• Support project management activities related to employee engagement, learning initiatives, emergency response planning, safety and compliance programs.
• Document and analyze operational processes and the technology used to support decision-making.
• Assist with evaluating learning and training products for enhancements or retirement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives and strategic projects.
