Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aeronautical Engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and a basic understanding of statistical analysis.
• Ability to work independently and self-start on projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift and manipulate materials weighing up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of SOPs for the new 3 roll mill in the mix room.
• Support the establishment and implementation of training modules.
• Conduct data mining and tabulation to support capacity balancing and present findings.
• Update BOM and Routes to improve planning and MUV tracking.
• Provide support to day-to-day engineering and manufacturing functions during critical runs.
