Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Fall 2027 Co-op Process Engineer for our Knoxville, TN plant. This in-person role runs 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, as part of the Winter 2027 program from July 2027 to July 2028.

The role emphasizes hands-on project execution, Lean/CI activities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive safety, quality, and efficiency improvements. Strong communication and Excel skills are required, with Power BI/Tableau as a plus.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in a manufacturing-related field such as Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge in executing operational plans and projects, including DMS for day-to-day operations, equipment startups, and product qualifications.
• Assist TPM implementation and Lean activities, participate in CI/Kaizen events, and develop maintenance workstreams.
• Support daily manufacturing operations to deliver safety, quality, production and cost targets.
