Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS/MS in chemistry, materials science, or related field.
• Experience analyzing chemical and physical properties of materials.
• Experience using lab test instrumentation.
• Ability to collaborate with technical disciplines and external partners.
• Ability to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform material assessments and testing for biocompatibility.
• Investigate material failures and coordinate corrective actions with project teams.
• Review new materials and manufacturing processes enabling safe Philips products.
• Contribute to long-term competence development in materials science.
• Collaborate with R&D, NPD, CROs, regulatory agencies and other stakeholders.
