Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS and/or MS in a relevant science/engineering field.
• Experience analyzing chemical/physical properties of materials.
• Experience using test instrumentation and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform material assessments and testing to assess biocompatibility for product development.
• Investigate material failures and coordinate corrective actions with project teams.
• Review new materials, processes, finishing technologies, and reprocessing methods for Philips Sleep & Respiratory Care products.
• Contribute to long-term competence development in materials science.
• Adhere to internal quality manuals and procedures.
• Collaborate with R&D, NPD, CROs, regulatory agencies and other stakeholders.
