Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree and returning to school the semester after the position.
• Must be able to commit to 40 hours per week from January–August, May/June–December, or August–December.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support analytical method development and validation for antibodies, cell therapy, and gene therapy QC.
• Perform chromatography, mass spectrometry, qPCR, ELISA, and ddPCR techniques.
• Contribute to assay automation and onboarding of new technologies including NGS-based assays.
• Support cell banking process scale-up activities.
• Contribute to potency assay development for cell and gene therapy products.
• Perform statistical analysis supporting method comparability studies.
• Develop automated methods comparable to existing manual methods.
• Document experimental procedures and results.
