Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Business Process Architect Co-Op for the Spring 2027 season at our Chaska, MN site. This full-time, 6-month assignment begins in January and focuses on analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes across IT and business functions.

You will work with ServiceNow, Jira, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365 to map processes, gather requirements, design workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that boost efficiency and automation.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in stakeholder interviews to understand current processes.
• Document current-state and design future-state workflows and process maps.
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and automation opportunities.
• Gather requirements for workflows, forms, dashboards, and integrations.
• Partner with process owners, IT teams, and platform admins on improvements.
• Create process docs, training materials, and executive summaries.
• Support testing and validation of workflow solutions.
• Contribute to onboarding, software provisioning, and IT service requests.
