Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers and community members at the store and online.
• Process purchases at registers and the web cart with accuracy, applying discounts and coupons.
• Maintain PLU knowledge and proper product categorization.
• Handle cash and payments with accuracy and integrity.
• Offer carry-out service and ensure safe parking lot operations and cart collection.
• Assist with web cart orders, Buying Club orders, and customer inquiries.
• Provide information about co-op ownership and respond to ownership questions.
• Refer unresolved questions to appropriate team members and participate in ownership drives.
