Qualifications

• Enrolled in a technical or engineering bachelor’s program.
• Knowledge of plastic processing and packaging engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficiency with design software like AutoCAD/SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned co-op project(s).
• Create packaging designs and prototypes per customer specs.
• Ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-effective from concept to production.
• Produce prototypes for customer approval and iterate as needed.
• Collaborate with design team and sales to meet customer needs.
• Demonstrate safety and professional conduct on site.
