Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a technical or bachelor’s degree in Plastic Engineering Technology or Packaging Engineering.
• Knowledge of plastic processing, mechanical engineering and packaging engineering.
• Ability to interpret blueprints.
• Experience with design software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned projects.
• Provide design samples to meet customer needs.
• Create cost-effective and manufacturable designs from concept to production.
• Ensure designs meet customer specifications.
• Fabricate prototypes for customer approval.
• Collaborate with design team and manager as needed.
