Job summary

ARCO Design/Build, Inc. in Louisville, KY seeks a Superintendent Intern/Co‑op to learn the full lifecycle of a project while mentored by seasoned field leaders.

You will gain hands‑on exposure to field operations, safety leadership, scheduling, and quality control on real construction sites. From day one you’ll work with experienced professionals who invest in your growth and development as a future industry leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Enrolled in Civil/Architectural/Construction Engineering or Construction Management degree program.
• Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Active Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Field Operations – exposure to daily site activities from mobilization to project completion.
• Safety Leadership – participate in daily safety meetings and inspections.
• Scheduling & Coordination – assist with subcontractor coordination and progress tracking.
• Quality Control – observe inspections to ensure work meets plans and ARCO standards.
