Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a licensed behavioral health clinician to provide clinical and recovery-oriented services in a 24/7 co-occurring residential setting for individuals with serious mental illness and substance use disorders. The role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to support stabilization, recovery engagement, and community reintegration.

Responsibilities include assessments, individual and group therapy, treatment planning, documentation, crisis intervention, and quality

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Obtain and maintain CANS/ANSA Certification.
• Three to five years of behavioral health experience preferred.
• Licensed as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, individual and group therapy, and treatment planning.
• Coordinate care with nursing, recovery coaches, and medical providers.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and crisis intervention as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Centerstone policies and INARR Level 4 standards.
