Job summary

Daymark Recovery Services is seeking qualified clinicians to provide psychosocial evaluation, counseling, and therapy in a community-based setting. The role centers on co-occurring disorders and recovery interventions, requiring independent decision-making and interdisciplinary teamwork.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, case management, and active participation in treatment planning with ACT team members, ensuring high-quality care for individuals with complex mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology or Master’s in Social Work/Psychology/counseling, licensed eligible or provisionally licensed in their field.
• LCSW and LCAS staff are expected to complete first evaluation training and provide first evaluations in the community.
• Clinical staff with a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field with CSAC credential or eligible may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Participates in comprehensive interdisciplinary assessments and person-centered planning.
• Contributes to treatment planning, daily staff meetings and care reviews.
• Provides crisis intervention in collaboration with the team and may cover on-call.
• Delivers interventions to support recovery and functioning in community settings.
• Completes all required documentation and participates in supervision.
