Betty Jean Kerr People’s Health Centers seeks an Integrated Treatment Specialist to provide comprehensive counseling and crisis intervention for adults with co-occurring disorders in the ITCD program. You will deliver individual, group, couples and family therapy, build service plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary PHASES team in St.

Louis. The role requires QMHP licensure (or provisional) and at least one year of substance use treatment experience, with focus on motivation,

Qualifications

• Licensed QMHP or provisionally licensed required; one year of full-time experience in substance use treatment preferred.
• Experience providing individual, group, couples and family counseling/therapy in ITCD settings.
• Experience developing treatment plans and coordinating with center teams; knowledge of crisis intervention and relapse prevention.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical services to adults in ITCD services with SMI and SUD.
• Attend daily team meetings and treatment planning meetings.
• Deliver individual, group, and family counseling and skills training.
• Maintain program fidelity with the national model and participate in on-call rotations.
• Complete timely documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks and develop objectives for consumer service plans.
• Collaborate with housing, education, vocational training, and community supports.
