Job summary

Acenda Integrated Health seeks a Counselor Non-Exempt CADC/LCADC for its PACT program to help adults with co-occurring disorders in community settings. You will provide individual sessions, support WRAP planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver recovery-focused care.

Qualifications include a behavioral health degree and at least two years of dual disorder experience, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field with at least two years of dual disorder experience.
• Experience providing dual disorder services to individuals with co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse.
• Professional credentials as required by the Alcohol and Drug Counselor Licensing and Certification Act.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to exercise independent thinking and good judgment under all circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual co-occurring sessions to consumers, including symptom assessment and WRAP planning.
• Assist with medication delivery and collaborate with the PACT team for long-term support.
• Attend daily morning meetings to address program needs and client care.
• Provide crisis assessment and intervention 24/7, including on-call responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate reports and chart documentation in a timely manner.
