Job summary

Acenda Integrated Health is seeking a CADC/LCADC to serve as the co-occurring disorders specialist for the Cape May PACT team. You will deliver individualized counseling, support WRAP planning, and collaborate with psychiatry, nursing, and other clinicians in real-world community settings.

You will participate in daily team meetings, provide crisis assessment 24/7 as needed, and apply motivational interviewing and relapse-prevention strategies to move adults with serious mental illness and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field and at least two years' experience providing dual disorder services.
• Professional credentials required by the Alcohol and Drug Counselor Licensing and Certification Act.
• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual co-occurring sessions with symptom assessment and supportive counseling.
• Assist with WRAP and other crisis planning tools for consumers.
• Collaborate with PACT team for long-term consumer support and medication delivery.
• Attend daily meetings and provide crisis assessment 24/7 as needed.
• Utilize evidence-based tools such as psycho-education, CBT, and relapse-prevention planning.
• Complete reports and documentation per program guidelines.
