Zusammenfassung

Arrowleaf is seeking a Co-Occurring Counselor/Therapist in Cairo, IL to provide integrated behavioral health services. The role includes assessment, diagnosis, and collaborative treatment planning for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

The successful candidate will deliver therapy, crisis intervention, and case management while maintaining required direct service hours.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required.
• Master’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• CADC eligibility is desirable and must be pursued within two years of employment.

Aufgaben

• Interviews and evaluates consumers and establishes diagnoses.
• Develops treatment plans collaboratively with consumers and defines goals, outcomes and timeframes.
• Provides counseling and clinical services for substance use and mental health concerns.
• Intervenes therapeutically to address attitudes, beliefs and behaviors related to mental health and substance use.
• Carries a caseload and completes monthly direct service hours as required.
