Arrowleaf in Anna, IL is seeking two Behavioral Health Counselor/ Therapists to join our full-time direct service team at the Union County Office. You will help deliver outpatient behavioral health services, develop treatment plans with clients, and collaborate with a supportive clinical staff.

Applicants need a Bachelor’s in Human Services or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Travel to off-site locations, after-hours crisis rotation, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Qualifies as Mental Health Professional (MHP); QMHP preferred.
• Travel to off-site/community locations for direct service delivery; after-hours crisis rotation.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance; age 21+.

• Intervenes and evaluates consumers; establishes diagnosis with goals.
• Develops treatment plans collaboratively with consumers.
• Provides crisis intervention to stabilize conditions.
• Maintains networking with other service providers.
• Carries a caseload and completes direct service hours.

• Participates in supervision and clinical staffings.
