Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or related roles within the CPG industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with quality standards and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute co-manufacturing strategies aligned with manufacturing, supply chain, and financial objectives.
• Evaluate and select co-manufacturers based on capability, quality, and cost.
• Lead capacity planning, supplier scorecards, and supplier reviews for performance improvements.
• Drive supplier cost optimization, productivity, and process improvements without compromising quality.
• Manage financials: budgets, forecasting, and variance analyses for co-manufacturing.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to support new product launches and supply continuity.
