Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum five years in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or related roles within the CPG industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; experience influencing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement co-manufacturing strategies aligned with manufacturing and supply chain goals.
• Evaluate and select co-manufacturing partners based on capability, quality, and financial stability.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost-optimization initiatives for the co-manufacturing network.
• Drive supplier performance via scorecards, audits, and continuous improvement programs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and supply continuity.
• Lead monthly business reviews with suppliers and manage escalation of issues.
