Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Shift Managers and team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage vendor relationships.
• Conduct regular food quality checks and ensure compliance.
