RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager in Louisville, Kentucky, to support the General Manager and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role involves mentoring team members, optimizing store operations, and ensuring compliance with standards.

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume environment, strong communication skills, and a readiness to develop others while achieving operational excellence.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor Shift Managers and team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage vendor relationships.
• Conduct regular food quality checks and ensure compliance.
